What is the process when I use Shipshark?
From the moment you place your order until it reaches your customer, many things happen. Fortunately, we've made it as simple as possible for you. Here you can see the process:

You place an order with your manufacturer and have it delivered to our address: Haraldsvej 66D, 8960, Randers SØ, Denmark

You create a goods receipt so we know what's arriving (see this guide)

We check your order through and make sure you have received the correct

We add your items in stock with us

As soon as a customer places an order, we will automatically be notified to pack it (if we have it in stock)
- If we don't have the item in stock that the customer has ordered, we do nothing. In that case, we wait to receive the goods from your manufacturer

We pick and pack your order and automatically enter tracking information into Shopify

At the same time, we also withdraw the money for the order automatically so you comply with legislation

The customer is automatically notified that the order is on its way to them
