Shipping with shipshark
How do I claim compensation from GLS?
It may happen that GLS loses your package during shipment from Shipshark to the end customer. In such a case, you can claim compensation from GLS.
However, since you are a customer of ours, we must be listed as the sender on any compensation inquiries or trace requests. Therefore, please send an email to Anni Dahl, Shipshark at anni@shipshark.dk.
In the Subject field write - "GLS Compensation - (insert your webshop's name in the subject field)"
The email must contain:
- Your GLS Customer ID - 10 digits
- Package number
- Order number
- Package value
- Description of contents
- Copy of sales invoice
We forward the email from you to GLS and if the compensation is granted, it will be credited. It is important that all information is included in the email.
