Do I need to have an upgraded Shopify plan to show dynamic parcel shops through CCS?

Yes, it's unfortunately a limitation from Shopify that your shop must be on at least annual payment to enable CCS. You can still set up a fixed shipping method with a name like "DAO Nearest Parcel Shop", where we then ship to the customer's nearest parcel shop. You set up the fixed shipping method as a method in Shopify Shipping Settings and you can call it whatever you want.
