Transfer of responsibility
When we pick and pack your orders, we are of course responsible for looking after them, but as soon as your order is picked up by DAO, GLS or another freight provider, they assume responsibility.
In other words, if something goes wrong with the delivery of your orders to your customers, it's the shipping provider that will compensate you. That's why you should contact them if an order doesn't arrive or is lost, for example. They will either be able to locate it or give you a refund as compensation for the lost order.
