How long can an order remain unshipped?

If you have orders but don't want to ship them yet, it can be done. In case the order contains items that are not in stock, PeakWMS will put the entire order on hold.

You can ship what you have in stock by pressing release order in PeakWMS:

You can also manually put an order on hold by clicking the "ORDER ON HOLD" button:

Remember to keep an eye on your customers' card authorization on your webshop, which will expire. You can agree with your customer to withdraw the money even if the order hasn't shipped or ask them to pay when the order is ready to ship.
