How do I make a claim for compensation from DAO?

If DAO has lost or otherwise damaged your package, you can ask for compensation.

Log in to omdeling.info with your username and password. DAO sends a login to the email you wrote on your master card when you signed up with Shipshark. If you can't remember your login, please contact DAO.
