Sending spare parts

If you have spare parts for your products that customers need to receive periodically to minimize exchanges, it's important that you still create the item in Shopify with a SKU and barcode - you need to set your item to "active" status, but you can exclude them from your collection pages in Shopify so the customer can't see the item (that way it's hidden from the customer on your store).

Therefore, when a customer needs to receive a spare part, you can simply create a new manual order for the customer in Shopify and select the spare part - and it will automatically be sent to the customer without any communication back and forth 😁

It goes without saying that we must have received the spare parts, and please remember that there must be barcodes on each product. As it is very time-consuming, we do not offer to locate spare parts among your return products unless an agreement has been made for the task to be billable time.
