Inventory in Peak

When you use Shipshark, NEVER change the number of items in stock - that's our job. When you receive new products, when we ship your goods or when we receive your returns, we are the ones who change your inventory.

Therefore, make sure that you never affect the inventory in Shopify yourself. A classic mistake can be when it comes to refunds (see below).
