How do I manually create an order?

There are several reasons why you might want to create manual orders in Peak outside of your online store. For example, if you need to send your goods from the warehouse to a photoshoot, to yourself or to an influencer

We recommend that you create your order manually in Shopify, enter the details of the item and create the order. Then we'll send it automatically.

You create an order in Shopify like this:

1. Go to Shopify under "Orders"

2. Press "Create order"

3. Fill in the address and item

4. Remember to give your products 100% off so your order doesn't get a value

5. Press "Mark manually as paid"

6. Remember to enter the EXACT shipping name you use in your checkout under "Shipping" or "Shipping". For example, if your home delivery in checkout is called "DAO Home Delivery", make sure you write "DAO Home Delivery" in exactly the same way on your order (otherwise your order will report errors in Peak as no shipping method is specified).

7. The order is now created. Please check in Peak that it has not gone into alarm so that everything is running correctly.

To create an order in PeakWMS (outside of Shopify) like this:

If you're on a Shopify plan that doesn't support automatic order integration with PeakWMS, you can manually create an order in PeakWMS.

Under "Orders", click the "+ Create" button:

This will take you to a form where you can fill in the customer order.

Remember that if you create an order manually outside of Shopify, you need to fulfill the order in Shopify and send tracking numbers to your customer through Shopify.
