How do I track my orders and where can I track them?

In PeakWMS you have access to your orders and can follow them from when the order is placed, picked, packed, shipped and possibly returned.

You can always find the tracking number for a shipment here in Peak:

If you have shipped with DAO, for example, you can look up the tracking number on their track and trace page. You can also look it up on the carrier's track and trace website for whichever carrier was used.
