Can I resend an order to the customer?

Yes, PEAK has a feature on every order called "Resend". If you click on it, you will be asked to decide which parts of the order should be resent. Then click "Release the order". Once you do, the warehouse is automatically notified to resend parts or the entire order.

You can use this feature to your advantage if, for example, your customer Have received a damaged or defective product. As usual, the customer will be notified that an order is on its way. However, no new tracking is created as the same order can only have one tracking number.

Alternatively, you can also simply duplicate the order you want to reship in Shopify - and it will automatically be sent for shipment on Shipshark.
