Can I change a delivery location before the package is shipped?

Yes, if you find the parcel shop ID on the DAO or GLS websites respectively.

1. Find the parcel shop ID

• DAO can be found here, where you copy the numbers under the parcel shop name (marked in blue)

• GLS can be found here, where you copy the last five numbers (marked in blue)

2. Enter the new parcel shop ID in Peak on the order in question:

Now your package will be sent to the updated parcel shop instead.
