If you can't find your products in PeakWMS
If you find that your Shopify products are not imported into PeakWMS and you can't find them, there are two solutions.
Manual import
First try manually importing them via their guide here: https://help.peakwms.com/support/solutions/articles/203000031599-produkter-hent-produkt
For the product ID, enter the variant ID that is in your Shopify URL. For example, if you are on your Shopify product page and select a product variant, your URL might look like this: https://admin.shopify.com/store/012345-a1/products/70342512584510/variants/90345681694642
This means that your product ID to enter in PeakWMS is 90345681694642
Have you created your product as a copy or duplicate of another product?
It's not uncommon to make copies or duplicate your Shopify products to quickly create a new product. If you do this, it's important that you give them a new and unique SKU from the start before saving the new product. If a product has previously had the same SKU as another product, it can't be imported into Peak as the product ID is locked to the old duplicated SKU. This is the biggest reason we see for products not importing into PeakWMS. If this is the case, create a new product in Shopify with the correct and unique SKU from the start.
