How long does it take from when you receive my goods until they are shipped to customers?

Keep us informed of when your products are received via "Goods Receipt" in Peak and make sure each box clearly states which products it contains and how many of what - important! See the guide for that here.

If you take care of the above, you can expect 1-3 days from receipt of orders to reviewing, counting, organizing in the warehouse and shipping. It will speed up the process significantly if your products are barcoded by the manufacturer.
