The return process in general
At Shipshark, we are "only" responsible for registering the goods you receive back and assessing their condition depending on what has been agreed.
This also means that you have to refund the customer or make an exchange yourself. You can use our returns portal to make this process even easier for you and your customers. You can read more about our returns portal here.
- Make a refund

As soon as we have registered an item that has been returned and the customer wants a refund, you must make the refund yourself

Go in Shopify

Find the order
-
Press "Refund"

Make sure you have NOT ticked the "add back in stock" box for the item

Press "Complete payment"
2. Make an exchange

Find the order

Press "Duplicate"

Select the item that the customer should receive instead

Press so that the order value becomes 0

Press "Mark as paid" or "Mark as paid"
