Condition of the item upon return

You decide what condition the item must be in for a return/item to be approved or not. Depending on what you want, we will either add the item to stock or put it in our department for your "discarded" items in the warehouse.

We can help get your goods ready to be shipped again for a simple and transparent hourly rate. Alternatively, you are also welcome to come to our warehouse and sort your goods so they can be sent back to your customers.
