How does the DAO Return labelless code work?

DAO returns must be created by you in Peak (label or labelless code from Peak or the return portal) so they do not end up as C2C — see The return process in general.

DAO offers a label-less return method where your customer simply writes the 9-digit code on the package and drops it off at a DAO parcel shop.

It is automatically activated in your DAO account and the process for creating a labelless return code is exactly the same as any other return label. See our guide to creating a return label in PeakWMS here.

There will be a 9-digit code at the bottom of all DAO return labels. Your customer must clearly write this code on the package.
