Returns in the portal

Returns, repacked items and unknown parcels are followed and handled in Shipshark Portal going forward. The Google Sheets previously used for this are being phased out and will no longer be updated.

Shipshark Portal is your overview of what has come back to the warehouse. It is not the same as the Peak return portal, which you use for return labels and the return flow for your own customers.
