Introduction to Shipshark Portal

Shipshark Portal is your combined, visual overview of inventory and the activities we handle for you at Shipshark.

PEAK continues – the portal gives you the overview

Shipshark Portal does not replace PEAK. PEAK remains our WMS and the system behind day-to-day warehouse operations. The portal is built on top of it and brings together the information and actions that matter to you in everyday work.

In short: PEAK runs the warehouse – Shipshark Portal gives you the overview.

Over time we will gather more functions in the portal, so you spend less time moving between different systems, documents and Google Sheets.

What moves into the portal now

As the first part of the transition, you should follow and handle these areas directly in Shipshark Portal going forward:

• Returns
• Repacked items
• Unknown parcels and shipments

The Google Sheets previously used for this are being phased out and will no longer be updated. Read more under Returns in the portal.

What else can you use the portal for?

• Follow your current inventory
• Follow your purchase orders and buy prioritized inbound — see Products and inbound
• Create a forecast
• Register upcoming campaigns

How you get access

You receive an email on the contact address registered with Shipshark, with a link to set up your access. Once access is created, the portal is your entry point to the functions above.
