Shipshark's return portal

We definitely recommend using our returns portal if you have +250 orders per month! It will save you both time and money when set up correctly. Here's a guide on how to utilize the potential of the returns portal:

Get access to the returns portal

If you want to use our return portal, please inform us at slack. We charge a small fee for facilitating the return portal as we incur costs in making it available to you.
Once you have received confirmation from us that you have access, you can get started.

2. Create the return portal

Select "Return"
Select "Return portal"
Press "Create"
Give it a name, choose your primary market, select your integration, insert your logo and choose background color

3. Create return reasons

Create the return reasons you want to offer the customer

We recommend the setup below to maximize your revenue and customer satisfaction:

Now create the return methods you want the customer to be able to choose.
- First create a return shipping method under "forwarders". See this guide for help with setting up shipping methods.
  Select either "DAO Direkt" or "GLS Private" as product code and "Return" as type.
- Now you can create a "Return method" under the returns portal for your customers to choose. Press the plus button under "Return methods":
- Fill in "Name", "Return shipping method", "Text". Select one of your created return shipping methods under "Return shipping method".
- You can add a "Return fee" to make the customer aware that they pay for return postage themselves. You still need to claim payment from your customer yourself or deduct the return fee from the amount you refund your customer

In Peak during setup, you can see your link under the title here:

I.e. if you have named your return portal "My Webshop Return Portal" your link will be https://app.peakwms.com/portal/Min%20Webshop%20Returportal. Be aware that if you change the name later, the link will also change and the previous link will become invalid.
