Registration of returns
3 times a week you can expect your returns overview to be updated.
Here's how you can see what has been returned in Peak:
This is how you can see what has been returned in Peak: Your customer service can automatically access Peak to check everything that has been returned and view our comments on the item. If the order is not in the returns portal, please check in "Google Sheets"—if we have no information on the order, it is only the product that is registered.

Select "Return"

Select "Return order"

Sort by "Return handled"

Read our comments and "handle it"
NOTE: Please disregard the standard comment "Refunded via Peak return". Of course, we NEVER refund your customers - that's your job.
Here is the process we recommend if you are NOT using our returns portal and want to handle a return order in Peak:

Find the order you want to fulfill in Peak

Make either a refund or exchange in Shopify depending on what the customer wants by entering the order number in Shopify

Then press the 3 dots on the order in Peak

Change status to "Refunded"

Press save at the bottom
Here is the process we recommend if you use our returns portal and want to handle a return order in Peak:

Find the order you want to fulfill in Peak

Copy the order number into a new tab under "Returns overview" to see if the customer wants to get their order refunded or their order exchanged (if you can't see the columns you can adjust in table settings)

If the customer wants to get their order refunded, you do it in Shopify

If the customer wants to exchange their order, Peak will automatically do so when the returned item is received and scanned into the warehouse

Then press the 3 dots on the order in Peak

Change status to "Refunded"

Press save at the bottom
