Step 7: Get pre-orders ready
If you have pending pre-orders before you've been connected to Shipshark, we need to have all orders "updated". This is something you have to do once. You never have to do this again. You do this in the following way, and it must be done for ALL pre-orders:

Select the order in Shopify

Press edit on customer information

Add a space after their name

Check in Peak if it is loaded correctly
This ensures your orders are loaded correctly so your pre-orders are ready to ship.
