Step 1: Invite us

  1. Invite us to your Shopify store
  • Go in Shopify

  • Tap on settings

  • Select "Users & Permissions" from the menu

  • Press "Add staff", select access to ALT and invite: anni@shipshark.dk OR send your collaborator code to us by text (if you do not have the option to invite press "Add staff". See more here)

2. Download our Shipshark Shopify app

  • Download our Shipshark app for your Shopify store here

  • Fill in your email address and press "Request Access"

3. Make sure email and phone are required at checkout

  • Go in Shopify

  • Tap on settings

  • Select "Checkout" from the menu

  • Under "Customer Contact Method" press "Email", under "Shipping address phone number" select "Required"

4. Enable "Carrier Calculated Shipping" (if you want to show dynamic parcel shops - costs $20/month)

  • Contact Shopify support here

  • Tell them you want to add "Carrier Calculated Shipping"

  • Confirm with them that it is activated

  • Note: You must have the "Medium plan" on Shopify to enable Carrier Calculated Shipping

  • ALTERNATIVE (if you don't want to pay $20/month and upgrade your Shopify plan): Add shipping method in Shopify "DAO Nearest Parcel Shop", then the customer simply cannot select the specific parcel shop. Then we automatically ship to the customer's nearest parcel shop.
    • However, we would ALWAYS recommend larger webshops to enable the customer to choose the exact parcel shop
