How do I communicate with Shipshark?
The easiest way to reach us is via Slack. You can also call us in case of emergency on 23 67 90 36
PEAK support cannot be contacted directly. If a customer chooses to contact PEAK directly, the time spent will be charged to the customer.
However, please note that we focus on picking and packing, so it may take up to 24 hours before we respond to the message. Typically, we all check Slack 2-3 times a day.
The "Internal customer comments" messages in shopify are not followed up on, so please do not use them to communicate with us.
